Who We Are
Susan M. Beebe Susan began a career in residential real estate at age 19. After receiving numerous sales achievement awards, she accepted the position of Sales Manager for Gallinger Real Estate's North Syracuse office. While still maintaining her Class A Broker's license to this day, Susan left the world of real estate to begin a new challenge in the advertising industry. In 2001, Susan launched her own full-service advertising firm, Lighthouse Marketing, Inc. Susan is an active member of the Rotary Club of Eastwood, CNY Society of Human Resource Managers as well as Junior Achievement where she teaches elementary students age-appropriate economics and has participated in judging the JA high school competition. Susan resides in East Syracuse with her husband, Jerry and their four children. Posecznick Laura joined Lighthouse Marketing in December 2002 as Executive Assistant to the President. In 2004, she transitioned into the position of Account Manager, where she facilitates and oversees campaigns and projects working directly with Lighthouse Marketing clients, strategic partners and vendors. Laura's ability to meet the unique needs of a diverse group of clients is built on more than a decade of experience in sales, marketing, event planning, community relations and organizational development. Prior to joining our team, Laura has a background in retail sales management, human resources, and office management. Laura is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo and resides with her daughter Emily and husband Terry in Skaneateles, NY. She is also a member of St. James' Episcopal Church, and volunteers her time to teach Sunday school and coordinate the church's public relations activities. Sloma Jessica joined Lighthouse Marketing in March of 2007, as Account Manager, where she facilitates and oversees campaigns and projects working directly with Lighthouse Marketing's clients, strategic partners and vendors. Prior to joining Lighthouse Marketing, Jessica served as Executive Assistant to the owner of a manufacturing facility and as an Account Executive at an advertising agency in Syracuse. After attending Le Moyne College, Jessica had the opportunity to travel overseas. She spent several months in England as Executive Assistant to the Estate Manager of a private residence.
