Susan M. Beebe

President

Susan began a career in residential real estate at age 19. After receiving numerous sales achievement awards, she accepted the position of Sales Manager for Gallinger Real Estate's North Syracuse office. While still maintaining her Class A Broker's license to this day, Susan left the world of real estate to begin a new challenge in the advertising industry. In 2001, Susan launched her own full-service advertising firm, Lighthouse Marketing, Inc.

Susan serves as Publicity Chair on the Board of Directors for the CNY Society for Human Resource Management, as well as, serving on the Advisory Board of the School of Business at Morrisville State College.

Susan resides in East Syracuse with her husband, Jerry and their four children. Susan successfully balances both the demands of her career and family, while giving back to the community of her talents and time.

Jessica L. Sloma

Vice President Client Services

Jessica began her career in the marketing industry in the late 90’s, and joined Lighthouse Marketing in 2007 as an Account Manager. Today, Jessica is a Partner with Lighthouse Marketing overseeing all client services. In this role, Jessica orchestrates the team of strategic partners that will work together to achieve the unique goals and objectives of each client.

Jessica attributes her customer-centric approach servicing clients, to her professional experiences, as well as her extended time abroad. The ability to truly hear a client’s message and translate that into successful marketing initiatives exemplifies the value in partnering with Jessica. These characteristics extend to her community service where she currently devotes time and services to the Zonta Club of Syracuse while remaining available to other worthy organizations.

Jessica resides with her husband Ken and their two sons in Bridgeport. The absolute support she receives from her family allows Jessica to be the future visionary for the growth and expansion of Lighthouse Marketing, Inc.
