Lighthouse Marketing has a successful track record for customizing and facilitating Customer Satisfaction Surveys that deliver valuable intelligence.

We have developed a six step system that allows for a mix of both current and prospective customers (20-40) to participate.

Once a client identifies desired participants and provides
accurate contact information, the following steps take
place:

Step One:     Determine vital input desired from your customers.
Step Two:     Invite selected customers to participate.
Step Three:  Create survey instrument consisting of 5-8 key questions.
Step Four:     Implement phone survey with a minimum of 75% participation.
Step Five:     Compile and summarize survey data.
Step Six:       Deliver confidential results and recommendations.

Survey Cost is $5,000

50% due upon commencement of project, balance due upon delivery of survey results document.

"Sales - Back to Basics"

Susan will meet with your management team to define the unique struggles that are currently presented and will then provide your sales team with a refresher course to the "real" side of sales. As a business owner who still sells on a daily basis, the course will accomplish the following objectives:

  • Explore and identify YOUR personal beliefs of what it means to be a "sales person" and how those beliefs potentially affect YOUR success.
  • Learn what it means to have Customer Driven Business Attitude; and master the strategies to develop and own this attitude on a consistent basis.
  • Explore the science of sales and the concept that success in sales is purely a numbers game.
  • Provide the insight and skills necessary to set and obtain both professional and personal sales goals on a regular and consistent basis.

This is a two hour course and the cost is $1,250.

"Sales - Beyond The Basics"

As a follow up to session one, Susan will work with your team to delve deeper into the sales processes and will accomplish the following course objectives:

  • We will role play different experiences to learn and better understand common pitfalls and proven methods to overcome them in the future.
  • Explore the many techniques used to "close the sale" and identify when the closing process begins and when, if ever, it should end.
  • Identify the differences between marketing and sales; the important role they each play in sustaining a successful business enterprise or career.
  • Discuss the importance of an individual's reputation and ethical integrity to the long-term success of their business or career.
  • Evaluate the theory of an "emotional comfort level" for success and how to identify and break through any plateau.

This is a two hour course and the cost is $1,250.
